2. Definitions
This privacy policy uses the terminology of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), in particular the definitions of Article 4 GDPR.

Personal data is processed only where legally permitted. A transfer of personal data takes place exclusively in the cases described below. Data is protected by appropriate technical and organisational measures such as pseudonymisation and encryption.
4. Storage period
Data is deleted as soon as the purpose of processing ceases to apply or prescribed retention periods expire, unless the performance of a contract requires continued storage. Application-related data is retained for six months after completion of the application procedure.
5. Automated decisions
Automated decisions in individual cases, including profiling, do not take place.
6. Rights of data subjects
You have the rights under Articles 15 to 20 GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority:

7. Obligation to provide data
The provision of personal data is generally voluntary, unless it is required for the conclusion or performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) or necessary for the functionality of the website.
8. Right of objection and revocation
You may object at any time to processing based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and revoke any consent given at any time without formal requirements — by post to the address above or by e-mail to mail@ksi.eu.
